The contract included for the provision of a new 2 storey 23,000 sq.ft vehicle preparation & workshop facility for Agnew Group to house a full paint & refinishing workshop, twin spray booths and automated alloy wheel refurbishment plant.
The works were all located to the rear of the existing Porsche dealership on Sydenham Road, Belfast. The mechanical disciplines provided under this contract included new radiator heating, radiant hot water panels, gas fired tube radiant heating, insulation, BMS controls, hot water storage, plumbing & wastes, heat recovery, extract ventilation & heat pump heating & cooling.
