North West Independent Clinic Theatres 1 & 2

The mechanical installation was part of a £3m redevelopment project to modernise wards and facilities, and to develop new out-patient services and a laminar flow theatre .The Kings bridge group aspires to make the Ballykelly hospital a centre of excellence for several surgical specialities including ENT, Paediatrics and Spinal Surgery. The contract included for the refit of the existing Theatre 2 to bring to current standards and to complement the existing theatre 1 adjacent of the existing North West Hospital, Ballykelly, Limavady. The mechanical disciplines included sanitary ware, LTHW heating, plumbing, wastes, BMS controls, DX air conditioning, supply & extract ventilation.
